Founder
Colleen Cayes, President, was a founding member of the management team at Conner Peripherals, the fastest growing company in American history in 1987. Her achievements include the rapid ramp up of multi-million dollar factories in Asia and Europe, a guerilla campaign to win $8 million in corporate funding for a revolutionary new product, institutionalizing new technical teams for product reliability and supplier maturity, and revamping the market and technology strategy for a new business unit. Ms. Cayes has founded several companies; turned around a Teamster-organized machine shop; and led strategic initiatives within diverse business models ranging from cut flower imports from South America to oil spill contingency plans for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. Ms. Cayes earned her B. A. at Stanford University and her MBA from Harvard.
